Benevolent Society

The Benevolent Society believes that building stronger communities is the best way to reduce social and economic disadvantage. The Society’s purpose is to create caring and inclusive communities and a just society.

The Benevolent Society is a public benevolent institution operating as a company limited by guarantee and has a voluntary board.

The Society tackles social inequality by building caring and inclusive communities. It does this by delivering leading edge services, by finding innovative solutions to complex social challenges and by calling for a more just society.
