NetSpots Directory

Netspots is a directory of public Internet access facilities throughout Australia.

The Netspots Directory has been developed to enable people to find their nearest public Internet access facility such as Internet cafes, public libraries and other sites.

It lists both free and charged access facilities and for each location contains specific information on:

• contact details (eg. phone, fax, physical address, email);
• type of facility (eg. library, school, telecentre, community centre etc.);
• hours of operation;
• types of services available with the Internet (eg. use of a printer, fax, email, training, assistance, videoconferencing, etc.);
• the physical accessibility of the facility and equipment (eg. wheelchair access, assistive equipment, disabled parking).

The Directory also provides a valuable service for listed organisations, enabling them to advertise the range of Internet facilities and services they have available and attract a greater number and a wider range of users.
