Computerbank NSW refurbishes computers to give to charities, schools and disadvantaged individuals.

Computer Bank NSW offers a range of services from the supply of a single PC to the installation of complete organisational infrastructure depending on the clients' needs and our volunteer resources at any given time.

Organisations could be given a network with facilities such as file and print servers, mail servers, proxy servers, as well as client terminals for office functions such as word processing, spreadsheet and accounting etc.

Individuals could be given a single PC with printer.

Computer Bank NSW will supply, install and configure the computers.

All the computers are shipped with free software such as GNU/Linux.

GNU/Linux is a Unix TM like computer operating system. It was and still is being developed by thousands of programmers worldwide via the Internet. It is very powerful, reliable and secure but most importantly it is free software.

Training can also be provided from introductory to advanced computer skills.

Computer Bank NSW has officially been working since incorporation in August 2001.
