The project constructed by Bronwen K. Thompson, a Master of Arts in Information Studies, was commissioned by the Macquarie Rural Advisory Service.

The website provides contact details for counsellors in rural regions and information about a variety of assistance through links to local, regional, State and Commonwealth agencies, as well as private organisations.
