Sample questionnaires for use in community organisations

These questionnaires, from the Paul Bullen Management Alternatives website, are likely to be of use to people working in small community based, non-profit, welfare and church organisations.

Each questionnaire was designed for a specific purpose. They are included here as examples of the kinds of questions that can be asked and the way questionnaires can be put together.

There are questionnaires on:

  • Social Capital - the best 36 Questions
  • Social Capital and group participants
  • Measuring Social Capital in the Wyong Shire - research design, research questions and questionnaire
  • Youth services census
  • Young people in foster care
