Promote your not-for-profit event through the NSW Small Business websiteRegister your event on the NSW Small Business website Events Module section, and use the free online service which allows organisers to register their event and manage it online.
Accessed from the 'Events' link on the Small Business Website and based on the successful Small Business Month website, the new module offers not-for-profit organisations that register through the website the opportunity to add their events for FREE to the ever-growing directory of events. There are a whole swag of new features on the events module and more are being developed. The website can also take registrations for events and so allows event coordinators the ability to manage their events and online attendees, edit email reminders and confirmations, manage waiting lists, list speakers, load up presentations and otherwise help you successfully manage your small business event. Register online for an account, then you will be provided with a username (your email address) and a changeable password. Then log in to create and manage your events. There is an approvals process, but events should be approved within two business days of registering them.
