These are the people who work for a vision, rather than a pay packet. They throw their hearts, minds, and souls into their jobs, work harder than they have to, and observe the highest ethical standards. And their work is largely unsung and unrecognised.

Who can apply?

Every not-for-profit community group in Australia - sports clubs, schools, self-help and support groups, hospitals, service delivery organisations, etc - has a chance to nominate one of its employees.
