Westpac Matching Gifts Program

Westpac Community support and funding is driven by staff who give time and money to a variety of charitable organisations in their local communities and receive matching contributions from Westpac.

Westpac supports the generosity of its staff through the Matching Gifts program, just one of the many community programs supported by Westpac.

The bank contributes dollar for dollar of staff contributions to a wide variety of charities throughout Australia. It also provides every employee with a paid Community Volunteering Day of leave each year.

Westpac also has a number of other community funding programs which include:

• Financial skills development for community organisations
• Education and life skills for young people
• Indigenous partnerships and programs
• Environment programs
• Rescue services
