Ryde Community Drug Action Team

Information and contact details about the Community Drug Action Team and links to projects and activities.

Overview:

The Ryde CDAT has been meeting since early 2003, and is an official working group of the Ryde Safe Communities Project (Ryde Council).

Ryde Community Drug Action Team (CDAT) meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.

What we're doing:

The Ryde CDAT has produced a State of the Community Report, which provides a summary of relevant Australian, NSW and local data on social issues. The report outlines drug and alcohol issues and trends in the Ryde area.

A free community forum about the secondary supply of alcohol to young people will be held on Monday 3rd March at Argyle Hall, Ryde (7.30pm -9.30pm). The forum will feature guest speakers, Paul Dillon (Drug and Alcohol Research Training Australia),young people and police from the local area. For more information about the forum download the Supply means supply invitation.
