OverviewThe Bathurst Community Drug Action Team (CDAT) was established in 2001. The team is part of the Bathurst Crime Prevention Committee and meets every second month, on the second Wednesday at the Bathurst City Council Chambers. The CDAT is auspiced by Bathurst City Council. What we're doingInitially established to respond to local problems associated with the illegal use of drugs and the specific needs of the Kelso community, it was expanded to become the Bathurst CDAT and aims to:
The CDAT is continuing to implement its plan to inform the community of the range of drug and alcohol services, raise awareness of the harms associated with drugs and alcohol and explore support and service options for individuals with drug problems and their families.
