Children and Young People's Safety and WellbeingThe Commission for Children and Young People has released a series of topical and interesting information sheets related to children and young people's safety and wellbeing.
The subjects covered in the information sheets include, 'Listening to Children', 'Including Children and Young People', 'Raising Children', 'Child Protection is Everyone's Business', 'Reporting Neglect and Child Abuse', and 'Child Sexual Abuse'. The resources are topical and a useful tool for student projects, organisations that are keen to raise awareness of these issues, and communities wanting to find out the more. The new sheets reflect recent changes to the legislation and give people helpful, practical tips on how to involve children and young people in their daily work as well as providing referrals to other useful contact sites.
