The handbook contains a form for reporting illegal dumpers, a project checklist and an example of a log sheet to track the progress of a project. The handbook also contains information about grant funding for clean up projects. DECC's Clean Up and Deterrence of Illegal Dumping on Aboriginal Owned Land Program, commonly referred to as the Aboriginal Land Clean Up Program (ALCUP) is one way of obtaining funding for clean up projects. The information in the handbook is summarised in a DVD, which is attached to the handbook and which you can also view on the Department of Environment and Climate Change website.
