A list of organisations that provide first aid services for community events.

Australian Red Cross
The Red Cross Voluntary Aid Services are a team of highly trained volunteers, who provide free first aid support at major sporting and cultural events. More information can be found at www.redcross.org.au/nsw/services_vasc.htm or by phoning 02 9229 4286

Community Emergency Services
Community Emergency Services Incorporated is a non profit, charitable volunteer based emergency first aid service based in the Hunter Valley of NSW. The training of volunteers ranges from Senior First Aid to Advanced First Aid, Advanced Life Support, Remote Area First Aid, Specialist First Aid, Patient Transport as well as Medical Professionals and specialists. Medical Rescue provide private ambulance and paramedic services, event and site risk and incident management. For more information see www.medix.com.au or email emailus@medix.com.au

St John NSW first aid volunteers are professional medical officers and highly-trained First Aiders dedicated to making the community a safer place.  More information can be found at www.stjohnnsw.com.au or by phoning 02 9212 1088

UniMed provides a range of first aid and health service to events of almost any size or type. They are based in the Lower Blue Mountains region. More information can be found at www.unimed.org.au or by phoning 02 4751 4200
