The report, Windows of opportunity: Creating pathways to education and employment evaluates the Young Women Who are Parents Program and the opportunities it provides for young mothers to explore avenues into work and study. The report was undertaken by a partnership group of staff from The Benevolent Society and researchers from The University of Sydney's School of Social Work and Policy Studies. The report examines the issues faced by young women who are parents, provides background on the program and an overview of the program's components. It then provides a detailed evaluation of the program, including participants' views, program outcomes and links to further opportunities for work and study.
