Employee Ownership Links and Resources

Employee Ownership is one way for business owners to plan for a smooth succession.

Succession is a key issue facing business owners who often see no easy way of realising the value built up over the years while safeguarding the jobs of longstanding and loyal employees.

Many business owners have found a successful solution by selling the business to the employees. If offers a way to secure the business and jobs in the community, retaining its independence and rewarding employees.
