Corporate Responsibility Guide for Australian Directors

International law firm Baker and McKenzie has released a Corporate Responsibility Guide for Australian Directors.

The Guide is aimed at Directors and senior managers and has been developed for those senior management responsible for implementing board decisions.

Led by Baker and McKenzie partner, Andrew Beatty, the guide has been prepared by his Environment and Environmental Markets team in Sydney.
Beatty has more than 20 years experience in advising and representing public and private sector clients in the energy, mining, financial services and retail sectors on environmental, planning, valuation, occupational health and safety laws, and more recently on corporate social responsibility.

Beatty is consistently ranked as a leading environment lawyer in various Australian, regional and global guides including the prestigious International Who's Who of Business Lawyers.
