Event Starter GuideThe NSW Premier's Department has recently released an "Event Starter Guide" to assist community event organisers with general information on a wide range of topics such as safety and security, health, traffic and transport, communication, volunteers, fundraising and sponsorship.
The Event Starter Guide has been prepared to assist people from the community to navigate their way through some of the many issues involved in organising an event. The guide is designed to particularly assist people organising public, outdoor events in New South Wales. The Guide is divided into sections and includes a checklist, resources list, and cross-references to assist event organisers in ensuring that information is relevant to the event being organised.
